  1. When are returns possible?
    At BoroPlus, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:
  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
  • Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal)
  1. Can I return part of my order?
    Yes, return is possible at an item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can request return of a partial quantity.
  1. In how many days can I raise the return request?
    You may raise a return/cancel request with our customer care within 7 days from the delivery of the product. BoroPlus reserves the right to cancel the return request, if the customer reaches out to BoroPlus after 7 days of delivery.
  1. What is the process for returning the products?
    For Return intimation, please drop us a mail at info@boroplushealthyskin.com , you will be asked to send the photos of the product(s) in order to validate the reason.
    Once we at BoroPlus feel that the claim is genuine and reasonable, we will go ahead and place a new order for replacement of the products and will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
    The customer will be required to return the products along with the original packing.
    The product should be intact with the original seal in order to be returned.
  1. In case of Order Return/Order Cancel, will BoroPlus bear the cost of reverse pick up by Ecom Express from the customer?
    In case of a wrong product being delivered, the cost will be borne by BoroPlus (in both online payment and COD).
    But in the case of a customer deciding to cancel after placing an order, the customer has to bear the shipping price only (if the payment is done through COD or online)
  1. What is your policy for Order Cancellation?
    Currently, in case of Online orders, we can only replace the products. Cancellation is not possible for the same.
    But, in case of COD, cancellation before the order reaches the delivery location is possible.
  1. What is your policy for Refunds?
    Currently, we don’t entertain refunds at BoroPlus. However, we will replace the products that you may wish to return (as per the return policy)
  1. How many days will BoroPlus take to replace item(s)?
    Replaced item(s) of your order will reach you within 5-6 working days once the return claim is verified
  1. What is the maximum estimated time of arrival for refunds?
    Processing refunds will take from 30 to 45 days
